Achievements

Since 2005, Alsace BioValley and our partners have created more than 2,100 jobs and 45 businesses. Nearly 56 collaborative R&D projects have brought together private companies and public laboratories through Alsace BioValley's work. Results like this make us one of France's most successful bioclusters.

Alsace, France's Number 1 Health Sciences Campus (outside the greater Paris region)

In 2010, the French government launched a public investment programme with a call for projects to benefit excellence in innovation. Each region in France had the opportunity to win major funding for their most outstanding scientific R&D. The winning projects were selected by a jury of international experts, and Alsace emerged as the big winner in the Healthcare & Research sector.
