Enterprise Europe Network Alsace
The Euro Info Centre (EIC) networks and Centre Relais Innovation (CRI) merged in 2008 to become Enterprise Europe Network.
In Alsace, Enterprise Europe avails of:
- a contact point at the Chamber of commerce and industry in Strasbourg and Bas-Rhin district (formerly Euro Info Centre)
- a contact point at CRCI Alsace (formerly Centre Relais Innovation).
The missions and services offered by this new network are organised according to the following themes:
1. Assisting with the implementation of European guidelines:
This is relevant in the scope of the three guidelines on medical devices and REACH (on handling dangerous substances).
- Running information and awareness-raising programmes
- Participating in training programmes
- Advising businesses.
The "Entreprise Europe" unit of the Chamber of commerce and industry in Strasbourg also avails of an expertise on CE branding of manufactured goods.
2. Information on European programmes (7th PCRD, CIP,…): organisation of information meetings covering various themes, in partnership with ARI
3. Trade fairs and technology exchanges
- Information on European trade fairs in the field of life science and healthcare
- Registering to participate in European exchanges and technology meetings.
4. Partnerships
For several years, CRI avails of a privileged field of competencies in biotechnologies, particularly through the means of taking part in a European working group bringing together the various CRIs active in this field.
Enterprise Europe will continue to offer missions turned towards a European partnership:
Organisation and business missions in Europe
- Broadcasting offers and requests in the field of innovating technologies
- Searches for European partnerships.
